Overview & access
Facility access is available to anyone in an active ACIC Sahyadri programme. Students, researchers and community innovators outside a formal cohort may book slots by contacting the facility team. A short induction session is required before first use of any fabrication equipment. Access is provided at no cost for programme participants; nominal charges may apply for external bookings — contact us for details.

Makerspace
An open floor equipped with hand tools, electronics benches, soldering stations, basic oscilloscopes and measuring instruments. Designed for idea-stage and pre-incubation innovators to quickly and cheaply prototype their ideas.

Prototyping Bay
Equipped with FDM and SLA 3D printers, a CNC router, laser cutter, and PCB prototyping tools. Move from a sketch to a physical, testable object within days.
Best suited for: Pre-incubation and incubation founders
Fabrication Facility
Includes MIG/TIG welding, CNC machining, sheet metal working, and precision cutting tools. For founders building durable, production-intent hardware.

Labs & Centres of Excellence
Domain-specific labs including the Mphasis AI & Robotics Lab (4,000 sq ft), an Electronics & IoT lab, a Biotech lab, and a Climate Sciences workspace — built in partnership with Sahyadri College's existing research infrastructure.

Co-working & Collaboration Spaces
Over 200 desk spaces, nine meeting rooms (25 capacity each), five seminar halls (200 seating), and two auditoriums (800 and 2000 seating). Informal collaboration areas for founders, mentors and visiting partners.
