About the programme
An 8-week, on-campus pre-incubation sprint that takes early-stage Sahyadri student ideas from raw concept through customer validation to a pitch-ready concept. The first rung of ACIC Sahyadri's ladder toward full incubation, funding, and scale.

Pitch & Evaluation
Shortlisted applicants present a 5-minute live pitch (physical) to a small panel: who you are, what you're building, who it's for, why you want to solve this problem, why SPIRIT, and what you want out of the program.

Selection & Onboarding
After reviewing each pitch with the panel, selected teams receive a selection email and move to onboarding, signing the Pre-Incubation Agreement, followed by Orientation Day.
